Meadowhall, on the outskirts of Sheffield, is Yorkshire's premier shopping destination and one of top 5 shopping centres in the UK.
It has 1.5 million sq ft of high quality retail and leisure space with around 280 occupiers, including Marks & Spencer, Apple, Zara, Newbie, Neal’s Yard, Lego, Hugo Boss, Godiva, Flannels and Tag Heuer.
It’s extensive leisure offer includes an 11-screen Vue cinema, a 1,200 seat dining quarter, Rock Up, Jump Inc and over 50 restaurants such as Tapas Revolution, Wagamama, Nando's, Zizzi's and Five Guys. The centre has 12,000 free car parking spaces, as well as its own public transport interchange for local and regional bus, train and Supertram services.
To mark the 25 year anniversary of Meadowhall, a £60 million internal refurbishment created distinct districts within the centre, combined with nearly 80 retailers investing £46 million in redesigning and refitting their stores.
Meadowhall has a catchment of 3.2 million people, with 6 million living within 1 hour’s drive time of the centre and footfall of 24 million people annually.
Meadowhall is owned in a 50:50 joint venture with Norges.
